What are you looking for? Most of us look to other people for acceptance. We listen to what they say about us and how they treat us. We look to them to determine our strengths and weaknesses and, worst of all, we let them decide whether we are worthy of being loved or successful in business. Instead of listening to other people, imagine, for the first time, what it would feel like to look inside yourself for acceptance rather than looking for it in someone or something else. It seems so simple. So why is it so hard to apply? For me, looking for acceptance in others has only served as an excuse for staying angry and not having the results I wanted to achieve. Looking for acceptance from other people was keeping me in a vicious circle. I was finally doing what I had only talked about in my head or to certain other people, and while I was making progress, I was still experiencing setbacks. Instead of celebrating the accomplishments, even the small ones, I was looking to others for acceptance and approval. When they only saw the failures, I had another reason to be upset. Take Rocket Risks today and love and accept yourself by making your own decisions.
